Drove up from Atlanta for a friend's wedding - Yup, made a stop at Kimonos! Still So Yummy!!!

Perfect hibachi without the theatrics. We love the atmosphere here and the kind staff. They are always pleasant, attentive, and smiling. Never had a bad experience. Great steak, rice is excellent, and sweet carrots. I have liked the sushi every time also. Not too expensive, priced right with good portions.

I absolutely love, love, love Kimonos. Their food is awesome and staff is friendly. 9out of 10 times I just get my food to go, but the food is done quickly and you get a good amount. Try the teriyaki chicken with mixed vegetables it is the absolute best.

I come here all the time for spicy tuna roll super fresh and the wasabi is delicious.

Food was hot and fresh. Very delicious. Great service and friendly staff. Clean establishment. I got the Shrimp entree and my mom got teriyaki chicken.

It hits the spot if you're looking for for shrimp and steak hibachi style entree.

Came during the dinner rush and we got sat down fairly fast. The service is amazing, our server was on top of refills and making sure we had what we needed. Ordered the chicken hibachi with fried rice and the shrimp tempura roll both were flavorful. Definitely coming back to this location!

I am extremely picky about the food I eat, and this is one of the few restaurants I still really love eating at. It’s good every time I come, I usually order sushi but have ordered (and enjoyed) hibachi before. I love the people who work here too, they are always very nice, especially the young woman who answers the phone and works the front counter. Five stars!

Always great service, and attentive, friendly staff! My favorite thing to get is the teriyaki salmon, but there seems to be inconsistency with how fresh the product is sometimes. It's hit-or-miss, with certain items. But overall, great place with delicious food and sushi!

Their service is good quality and the environment offered by the restraunt is nice. However the food has taken a severe downgrade in the past few years either due rushed preparedness or lack of experienced chefs. Despite its flaws it's good enough for takeout on a late night

My wife and I love this place for good inexpensive Asian cuisine! The service is always very good in that it is fast and very attentive. The food is consistently delicious from the salads, to the teriyaki or hibachi dinners, to the sushi. They can accommodate food allergies ( like sesame seed allergy ) and there is even an area to watch the cooks do their magic! And once again, you cannot beat their prices!

Very rude lady at the checkout counter,lacks customer relationship. She seems to be the owner,in the way she boss people around. Not sure why they are so busy, because the food is not that great,but I go there because its the one closer,I prefer the Kimono in Clemmons, although it is far from my house customer service is much better, from now on, I will go to that one even though I'll have to drive a little bit more.

Teriyaki tofu definitely wasn't as good as I've had other places, but was okay. However, the sushi and gyoza are amazing!

These are all over. Great family atmosphere. Beer & Wine available! Lots of sushi options. Good price es. Food is good. Outdoor seating available. The spicy tuna salad is my favorite. I also love their Gyoza & fried dumplings. A few appetizers and a cold beer and you are set!

We love Kimonos! This is our go-to restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is always so good (no matter what you get). Would recommend!

The restaurant is nice, clean, and in a cool corner location in the shopping center! They have a really nice sushi bar and ample seating with booths, tables, and plenty of high chairs for the kiddos. The service is excellent; all the servers are very personable and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The sushi was awesome. We ordered 2 veggie tempura rolls as an appetizer and they came out quickly and were really delicious! Great presentation! We also ordered several hibachi combinations, including steak, chicken, filets and shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly and also came out in timely fashion. The salads with the house ginger are really good, as is the clear onion soup! Our server was very attentive and brought chocolate cake squares out for dessert with our ticket. I would definitely recommend going here, and we will be going back soon!

The food here is just as good as at a benihana and takes half the time.

Great atmosphere nice staff the wasabi want as fresh and it kinda felt like we where being rushed out but this is still one of my favorite restaurants. Hopefully next time will be better 😍

I liked the place a lot. When I arrived around 4 PM, the place was very quiet and not too much crowded, which I found very convenient for my hunger. I enjoyed the 2 sushi rolls (maki) I ordered. They looked very fresh and the portion size was acceptable. I will come back again very soon. Highly Recommended place for Sushi rolls.

Food is always good and service is greatd

We eat here about once or twice a week and I love it. I always get hibachi chicken with broccoli and shrimp shumai. It’s always yummy! The staff is friendly and always shows you your food to make sure it’s correct when you pick it up. Love this place!

Great prices for hibachi! Quickest take out call ahead get in your car and it will be ready by the time you get there.

We have always loved Kimonos. Very filling and reasonably priced. My child with seafood allergies has never had a problem with cross contamination. Kudos for that! Nice background music too.
